Thank you for shopping with Adhrija! We aim to provide a seamless and timely delivery experience. This SHIPPING POLICY contains the details of the methods involved in delivery, the periods and the charges that are applied to the orders for the products made through our website. The policy does not create the legally enforceable rights and the obligations in fact it merely indicates the usual practices involved in the relation to the delivery of the products. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Order Processing Time:

a. Any order placed after 11:00 AM will be dispatched the next working day. This might change a bit      
    depending on the circumstances based on the location or any local issue. Standard Pickup/
    Manifestation Cut off – 11:00 AM Shipments Manifested till 11:00 AM, will be eligible for same day 
    pickup.  

b. Pickup Escalations should be raised before 11:30 AM to arrange same day pickup.

b. Orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt.

c. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time:
a. Forward Attempt TAT – (Pickup Day + TAT):

  1. LOCAL – 2 -4 days,
  2. REGIONAL – 4 -7 days,
  3. METRO – 4 -8 days,
  4. REST OF INDIA – 7 – 14 days,
  5. NE, J& K, KERALA – 9 – 15 days

b. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method.

c. Service Provider will ensure to attempt all shipment within 15 days of pick-up. Max within 15 days,
    Service Provider must ensure 100% attempt (Exempting in Force Majeure situation)

d. After first attempt, if shipment is undelivered then –

  1. Will arrange 2 attempts for Temporary NDR shipments as per our delivery partner SOP.
  2. Delivery Dispute Escalations needs to be highlighted within 24hrs post-delivery. (POD Dispute)

3. Environmental Issues:

a. In the rare event of environmental issues or unforeseen circumstances affecting shipping, we will make every effort to notify you promptly.

b. While we strive to meet our delivery commitments, Adhrija is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Shipment Tracking:

a. Once your order has been shipped, The Customer shall be provided with a tracking number by the Service Provider for the consignment. The Customer can track the consignment, on a real-time basis using the tracking number provided

5. Delivery Address:

a. Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

b. Adhrija is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

c. In case of order is failed to deliver due to improper address or PIN/Area code then the required charges to be borne by the customer.

d. The Customer shall be required to raise any concerns/queries,

(i) with respect to a lost consignment, within 30(thirty)days from sending the consignment; 
     and

(ii) with respect to any damage, default, or any other concerns with respect to the
       consignment, within a period of 24 hours from delivery/ reverse delivery of the 
       consignment

6. Multiple Items in One Order:

If you have ordered multiple items in one order, they may be shipped separately based on availability. You will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking information for each shipment.

7. Shipping Charges:

Charges per invoice for delivery depending upon the radius from the operating location (Bangalore). For the nearby areas, Delivery Charges will depend and can be increased as well if the areas of the delivery range beyond the limit from the operating location. Delivery charges are only meant for the radius of the location from the operating zone and for the size of the order. Customer can place as small as or as big as order for the products, there is no limit applied for the variants of the size of the order. Weight also matter, only charges are applied for the location and for the orders above 50 kg will be charged accordingly (customer, will be contacted and information will be provided- customer will be requested to pay the additional amount through the medium of UPI). Cash On Delivery (COD) is strictly not available. Payment has to be made at the time of generating the order.

8. International Shipping:

At this time, Adhrija primarily ships within Bangalore and South Regions in India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support at adhrijaindia@gmail.com.
